In-app help dialog and full support for macros.
- Added the ability to browse macros and to insert them (#7).
- All macros are now exported to
~/.config/regolith/Xresources allowing to use any existing macro in custom definitions (#23)
- Added help dialog with an image carousel describing all features (#24)
- Added application icon for each window (#26)
